I have erstwhile relied on this place as a significant monument in navigating my small path in the grotesquerie that our world has become. And I’m not sure why this is happening, but the quality of patient service has taken a significantly noticeable turn towards a very clearly inhospitable future. Patient insurance and billing are clearly being handled incorrectly; whereas before I was charged the correct amount initially (as most offices handle), now I am being charged an initial amount not allowed by my insurance as the system clearly knows yey I had to wait several weeks for a refund of almost half the initial charge. I notice that NONE of the original staff who made the original experience exemplary are remaining, and realize the Smiles corporation must be making some decisions to change policy that affect workload burden and scheduling, as my new hygienist is the same level of professionalism and ability as my last, and my new dentist is the spouse of my last and just as much my pleasure as patient to experience. I would assume the company has made some financial decision to rely on customers for illicit monthly revolving credit, which usually indicates structural stress either suffered or imposed; I hope they can get it together because I will have to look elsewhere eventually if the care here is relegated to the “care” of the bereft remains of such standard in the status quo d’mundo.

Dr. Verma is the best when it comes to treating cavities! She is incredibly patient, gentle, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel rushed, and was very understanding throughout the process. What could have been a stressful appointment ended up being such a positive experience because of her calm and caring approach. My teeth feel great, and I truly appreciate the quality of care she provides. Highly recommend Dr. Verma!
